B123456) at designated position, starting number to be named at the award of bid. C. 15,000 1 @ Certification of Custody, 8 ½” x 11”, white stock. D. 15,000 1 Drug Analysis Form, 8 ½” x 11”, 3-ply NCR, white, yellow & manila tag (manila tag 60 lb stock) E. 15,000 1 Sticker label, to be affixed to Evidence Envelope at designated position.
