Projects may include, but are not limited to: • Miscellaneous minor construction, renovation, remodeling, general repairs, space addition, and site work projects at any EFSC campus locations. • All projects will be designed and built according to the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) and the latest edition of The State of Florida Building Code. • The construction delivery method during this pre-qualification period for projects in excess of the threshold amount provided in F.S. 287.017 for Category Three ($65,000) is expected to be hard bid. • Projects may be conducted simultaneously, in phases or as an individual project. • For the purposes of this solicitation, individual projects may not exceed $324,999.00
