SCOPE A. Furnish, deliver, and start-up one (1) belt press dewatering system and associated equipment as specified herein and in accordance with the Contract Documents in Georgetown County, South Carolina, located at 1975 Sandy Island Road, Litchfield, SC 29585. All work shall be in accordance with these specifications and the recommended practices of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES). 1.2 REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS A. B. The Owner’s decision shall be final as to the interpretation and/or conflict between any of the referenced specifications and standards contained herein.
