1) Upstairs (Ground Floor): Removal and disposal of existing rolled floor surfaces Preparation of floor surfaces for installation, including removal of cove bases and trim work Installation of flooring to manufacturer’s specifications Contractor must provide product specifications of proposed flooring product, including color options, wear layer specifications, and warranty details. Proposed product must be luxury vinyl plank or tile flooring with a wear layer of at least 0.80 mm or 31.5 mil.
