The District is seeking a vendor to provide document collection and destruction services for schools and departments across all facilities within the county. 2.2. The respondent must include a detailed plan for providing collection bins or boxes at each location that meet or exceed the following specifications (Must Include Attachment): 2.2.1. Collections bins/boxes must be lockable with tamper-proof locks. (Each location must be provided with an access key assigned to a District employee.) 2.2.2. Collections bins/boxes must be of tamper-resistant, durable construction of heavy plastic, metal, or wood preferably with a furniture style finish for a professional office environment. 2.2.3. Collections bins/boxes must be portable for easy movement proportional to anticipated capacity. 2.2.4. Collections bins/boxes must be secure with a one way insertion slot to prevent adverse retrieval.
