Supply and install, 2,800 s.f. of "LVP" (Luxury Vinyl Planking), Stonehaven Maple - VV800-03024, with a "SPC" (Solid Core) and Cork underlayment from "Coretec". (See Section 8 - Attachments for product specifications). Expansion joints will be replaced with "INPRO 104 Series Concrete Floor Expansion Joint Cover" with color to coincide with flooring. Recommended Adhesive: Utilize a premium multi-purpose adhesive or Coretec Cork Underlayment Adhesive. Ensuring the adhesive is compatible with Luxury Vinyl Flooring and follow the manufacturer's instructions for application. Must have Low "VOC" emissions. No more than 50 G/L VOC Content. (See Section 8 - Attachments for product specifications). Supply and Install "Shoe Molding" to match color of the baseboard. Supply and Install Threshold/Transition piece's where needed to match flooring.
