The City of Montgomery is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide herbicide application services for drainage ditches and sewer outfalls. The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, insurance, and incidentals necessary to perform vegetation control and maintenance services in accordance with this SOW and all applicable laws and regulations. The City’s objective is to ensure uninterrupted drainage flow, reduce maintenance costs, and comply with environmental and safety standards. The contractor shall perform monthly, semi-annual, and annual herbicide treatments as directed by the City. All work must be completed within the timeframes specified in each Notice to Proceed (NTP). Failure to meet deadlines may result in contract suspension or disqualification from future City solicitations.
