The system must allow electronic storage for a wide variety of documents such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. 2.4.2 The system must not require specialized hardware for document scanning or any other functionality. 2.4.3 The system must allow text searches through all documents, including documents previously scanned into the existing system which includes PDF and JPG images. 2.4.4 The system must have retention management capabilities, including rules for how long specific information must be kept and how it should be disposed of. 2.4.5 The system must allow for automated folder templates to create consistent hierarchies. 2.4.6 The system must allow for at least 34 user licenses with various license types. 2.4.7 The system must have robust features to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA). 2.4.8 The system must include access control with role-based permissions, allowing only authorized personnel to view, edit, or delete specific documents.
