1. Protecting Surrounding Structures/Environment A. Industrial tarps and plastic to ensure no over spray of product touch any surface not intended to reach. 2. Pre/Clean-up A. Prep and cleanup are intensive to protect surrounding areas and workers. Safety is number one goal and jobsite cleanliness. All products are put away at the end of every day. 3. Safety Equipment A. Crews must follow OSHA standards and provide team members with harnesses carbon filter respirators, and Tyvek suits to ensure the safety of all technicians. B. All technicians must be lift certified, OSHA 10 certified, and CCT certified. 4. Painting/Repairs a. All existing painted surfaces to be cleaned with a Tri Sodium Phosphate solution and power wash rinsed. b. Rock pop holes to be patched with Tnemec 215 filler surfacer and ground smooth. c. cut out and remove existing sealants, prep the joints and install R.W. Meadows Deck-O-Seal Gun Grade white caulk.
