The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Quotes for two (2) turnkey flow injection analysis instruments (FIA instruments), (both accompanied with a service and maintenance agreement), capable of performing flow injection analyses for a variety of inorganic analytes, and each specifically configured with a minimum of two (2) analytical channels to perform automated analyses: FIA Instrument one (1) configured for Ammonia and Phosphate, and FIA Instrument two (2) configured for the Nitrite, Nitate+Nitrite and Low Level Phosphate. The instruments shall meet the requirements of the EPA Method 350.1, EPA Method 365.1, the State of New Jersey’s Technical Regulations Governing the Operation of Environmental Laboratories, the EPA Laboratory Certification Manual, Standard Method 4500 NH3B plus H, and Standard Methods 4500-NO3F. It is the intent of the State to award a Contract to that responsible Bidder whose Quote, conforming to this RFQ is most advantageous to the State of New Jersey (State), price and other factors considered. The State may award any or all price lines. The State, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the Contract during the Contract term, when deemed to be in the State’s best interest.
