This specification defines the performance, design, and equipment requirements for a skidded fuel gas heater system to control fuel gas supply temperature to an existing power generating facility. The system shall be fully assembled, tested, and delivered as a complete skid-mounted unit. Provide mandatory base bid for one (1) industrial grade, horizontal firetube, indirect gas fired fuel gas heater with low NOx burner and manufacturer’s standard instrumentation and controls for the Terry Bundy Generating Station (TBGS) South Powerblock Expansion (SPBE) project. Seller shall also provide a mandatory alternative bid for a fuel gas heater with an ultra-low NOx burner. The project will be adding two new GE LM6000PC gas turbines at TBGS. The project site is located in the state of Nebraska, in Lancaster County, northeast of the City of Lincoln.
