9201 Olive Blvd will be the staging area throughout the duration of the project. Fencing is allowed around the perimeter of the property to secure materials and equipment. The above-ground building structure will be razed by others prior to Notice to Proceed. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for all foundation and utility service line removals from the property, including the water service line abandonment with pavement restoration on public ROW, if required. Work within public ROW is to occur concurrently with the roadway work to limit the traffic control along Olive Blvd. CONTRACTOR shall remove all asphalt paving, either existing or temporary, grades brought to elevation shown on the grading plan, all material removed from property and reseed all disturbed areas. . Backfill may be required on site to match the proposed grading plans.
