This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: Freestone Lakes renovation and irrigation system replacement and Crossroads Lake renovation and irrigation system replacement. The scope includes lake dredging, lake liner replacements, pump replacements and upgrades, turf removal to eliminate run-off into lakes, aeration equipment upgrades, reconditioning of pump stations, and other related lake operational system improvements at Freestone Park and Crossroads Park Lakes. The scope also includes irrigation system improvements at Freestone and Crossroads Parks that will include a complete replacement of the irrigation system from downstream of the existing pump stations. The new irrigation system will be designed to accommodate potential future park needs, development and address deficiencies within the existing system. One additional pump station and a waterline to feed the southern lake will be added to the existing system at Freestone Park.
