Anti-Bullying Training Programs and Materials Suppliers should provide: • A list of entities producing anti-bullying training programs and materials o Model programs for students in grades six through 12 Topics shall include hot to respond appropriately to students who commit an offense of bullying, students who are victims of bullying and bystanders who report bullying • Awareness and training programs relating to cyberbullying for educators and students o Social, emotional and physical effects of social media on users o Effects of social media on the mental health of users, particularly teenagers o Distribution of disinformation and misinformation on social media o How social media influences thoughts and behaviors o Permanency and risks of sharing information online o How to maintain personal security and identify cyberbullying, predatory behavior and human trafficking on the internet and social media o How to report suspicious behavior encountered on the internet and social media to appropriate persons and authorities • Format of the program (i.e. in-person, virtual, blended, videos, instructional resources, lessons, etc.) • Contact information for each entity (name, phone number, email, website, address). 2. Counseling and Support Services for Students Suppliers should provide: • A list of online and in-person providers of counseling or other appropriate services for students involved in bullying incidents. • An indication of whether the provider serves: o Students who have committed bullying offenses, and/or o Targets or suspected victims of bullying. • Contact information for each provider (name, phone number, email, website, address). • Geographic availability for in-person providers across different areas of the state.
