A. Boiler Room Scope: a. Furnish and install one (1) new glycol feeder. Manufacturer and model shall be as per the attached sketch and product data, or an equal substitution product with the same performance capabilities. b. Furnish and install one (1) new 3-1/2” thick concrete pad below the new glycol feeder. c. Extend new 3/4" copper piping from the glycol feeder to the existing-to-remain hydronic hot water system for the building. d. Connect to the existing cold water makeup line for the hydronic hot water system, downstream of existing local backflow protection, and extend new 3/4" copper piping with 1” insulation to a valved/capped hose connection within 3 feet of the new glycol feeder in the Boiler Room. e. Valve off the existing cold water makeup feed to the hydronic hot water system, but do not disconnect it. f. Provide a new 20 amp 120 volt dedicated circuit to the new glycol feeder, from an existing electrical panel within the general vicinity. Provide a new circuit breaker as needed and update the panel schedule.
