The Coffee County School System invites vendors to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for a set of Aruba Foundation WAP Licenses and a set of Aruba Class 1 & 4 Switch Licenses, or equivalent. The district requests a detailed response from all prospective certified vendors, including pricing and service descriptions, in a specified format. The Coffee County School System (CCSS) is requesting sealed proposals for: A) A set of eight hundred (800) Aruba Foundation WAP Licenses, or equivalent. The district would like a price quoted for 1 year and 3 year terms. B) A set of four (4) Aruba Switch Class-1 Foundation licenses, or equivalent. The district would like a price quoted for 1 year and 3 year terms. C) A set of seventy-five (75) Aruba Switch Class-4 Foundation licenses, or equivalent. The district would like a price quoted for 1 year and 3 year terms.
