Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) is providing public notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to Greenlight Fitness, LLC. DPH intends to procure licensing renewals for the continuation of FitnessGram® web-based software site licenses currently utilized by 68 public school districts in the State of South Carolina. FitnessGram® was developed by the Cooper Institute to assess health-related fitness, provide individual perspective reports to students and parents, and provide education tools to promote lifelong health and fitness.
