The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Construction Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following: 1) Clean and prepare the roof deck. 2) Cut out all blistered and damaged foam and haul away all debris. 3) Re-foam the designated roof area and grind new foam to blend with existing foam. 4) Power wash the entire roof deck. 5) Mask off as necessary to prevent overspray. 6) Re-coat the entire foam roof deck with 1 (one) coat of white elastomeric acrylic coating at a rate of 2 (two) gallon per 100 square foot. 7) Contingency pricing for all wood rot discovered during the tear-off. 8) Provide: CXD – Plywood, ¾ Inch plywood, 2 x 6 x 12 framing, 2 x 4 x 12 framing, Screws, nails, and flashing as needed.
