DSH Optimization Strategy: Deliver targeted recommendations to increase Medicaid-eligible day capture (e.g., front-end screening workflows, charity-to-Medicaid conversion, ED/OBS capture). 4. Monitoring & Reporting: Build an ongoing DSH tracking dashboard with monthly reviews to provide early warning when trending near eligibility thresholds. 5. Compliance & Support: Ensure alignment with Federal requirements and assist with documentation for audits, cost reporting, and eligibility verification. 6.
