Transportation of Defense Products, door-to-port modality, with pickup at the origin location (Kopřivnice, Czech Republic), including the following services: (1) Land transport from the origin (Kopřivnice, Czech Republic) to the port of departure/export (port selected by the Contractor with BAC approval), followed by international maritime transport to the Port of Paranaguá, PR, Brazil. All material shall be transported in a single shipment. (2) Costs associated with land transport, including escort services, handling fees, export declarations, preparation and submission of the Bill of Lading, fuel costs, customs costs at origin, and all applicable origin taxes and fees; (3) International maritime transport, including preparation and submission of all shipping documentation and the Bill of Lading (BL); and (4) Insurance coverage for 110% (one hundred and ten percent) of the value of the material during all stages of transport (land and maritime), from origin to final destination, under Clause “A” of the Institute Cargo Clauses or a similar clause. The Contractor shall bear any deductibles in the event of a claim. The insurance policy shall be issued in favor of Brazilian Army Commission in Washington. Total shipment value: USD 7,516,043.36 (seven million five hundred sixteen thousand forty-three U.S. dollars and thirty-six cents). Destination: Port of Paranaguá, PR, Brazil.
