The City is requesting bids for 1 - Cisco C1300-48FP-4G Switch with 5 Year support plan, and 1 – Cisco C9350-48P with 5 Year Support Plan. All units must meet all specifications listed on the line-item tab of the PlanetBids posting. Cost Proposals must include shipping (lift gate is required for all palatized items because City Hall has no dock), taxes and any other required fees. No refurbished parts will be accepted. No Substitutions will be accepted. Any quotes that do not list the exact parts requested will be rejected. Only complete bids will be accepted. Partial bids will NOT be considered. Only Authorized Cisco Gold Partners are invited to Bid. Vendor must provide documentation showing they are a Cisco Gold Partner. All Bidders must provide an official URL to their company’s website and contact information. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the City's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to City Staff will not be addressed and you ARE directed to submit your question(s) online. Bidders and/or proposals that do not meet the stated requirements for this request WILL be considered non-compliant and may be disqualified. The City Reserves the right to reject all bids.
