The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 28 - MS-1) Business Sign – 8 FT x 8 FT sign on 4 IN x 4 IN supports with associated footings; and MS-2) Business Sign – 8 FT x 4 FT sign on 4 IN x 4 IN supports with associated footings; 2. Parcel 156 – MS-1) Lights and electrical components in required right of way; 3. Parcel 182 - MS-1) Business sign – Monument style CMU/brick veneered sign, approximately 10 FT x 5 FT in height center sections with 8 FT x 3 FT aluminum sign face between 2 – CMU/brick veneered columns, approximately 16 IN x 18 IN x 5 FT to 7 FT in height and associated footings; 4. Parcel 201/202 – MS-1) 3 Rail fence, posts, wire mesh, gates, and associated footings, approximately 370 LF; 5. Parcel 206 - MS-1) Sign – Wood frame, approximately 4 FT x 4 FT x 32 IN braced to tree; 6. Parcel 216 - MS-1) Monumental entrance structure – CMU with stone veneer, low wall approximately 2 FT – 3FT in height between 3 columns, 3 FT x FT, approximately 40 LF total length, and associated footings for wall and columns; and MS-2) Split rail fencing, posts, and associated footings, approximately 225 LF; and 7. Parcel 218 - MS-1) Monumental entrance structure – CMU with stone veneer, low wall approximately 3 FT – 5 FT in height between 3 columns, 3 FT x 3 FT, approximately 40 LF total length and associated footings for wall and columns; and up-light.
