A. The work shall include technical assistance in the following areas: Support on the current electronic transfer of MVARs from county police departments and also the transition, as needed, to new Records Management Systems (RMS). Also transferring of future MVARs using a different version of the MVAR form, as needed. Crash data quality assurance to include test cases and scenarios to validate data mapping. Loading various datasets; enhancing analysis and reporting by adding integrated reports and feature-based analysis; and adding diagrams. Working with the different police departments and the TRCC to address Federal and State requirements, traffic records assessments, and recommendations that involve traffic safety. Attendance to in-person meetings with the different police departments on different islands may be requested, as needed. Attendance to virtual bi-monthly TRCC meetings may be requested, as needed. Providing technical and project management support for the client-side aspects of the project. B. Other work as agreed and approved by the State. SERVICE NEEDED Estimated - 620 Hours of work from January 2026 to December 2026. Technical Support provided on an “As Required” basis. Quotation shall be “cost per hour” and shall be all inclusive of all direct and indirect costs including but not limited to labor, taxes and other incurred costs. Contact and collaboration between the vendor and State personnel shall be in person and/or via electronic means (e-mail, telephone, video conference etc.).
