1. CONSULTANT will provide duly qualified Certified Operator to provide management for the City of Auburn’s Wastewater Treatment Facility. This will satisfy New York State and Federal regulatory requirements regarding wastewater treatment operations, maintenance and the needs of the City of Auburn. 2. CONSULTANT's Chief Operator will be on-site for 2 days per week, 5 hours onsite per day plus 3 hours travel time per day. 3. CONSULTANT will manage, oversee and train the City of Auburn’s staff, in the proper protocol to attain maximum operational efficiency and compliance with the permits and regulations of the New York State DEC and USEPA. The staffing plan, training and management plans provided by the CONSULTANT shall promote proper and efficient operation of the Treatment Facilities while onsite. 4. CONSULTANT a. Shall assure proper regulatory reporting is filed with the NYSDEC and USEPA. b. Oversee the Wastewater Treatment Facility and assure compliance with NYSDEC and USEPA regulations
