The City of Menlo Park (the City) is currently seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for on-call water and storm water repair system services. The scope of work consists of two aspects, planned (non-emergency) work and emergency services. Planned non-emergency responses are for activities scheduled in advance. All precautions shall be taken for health, safety and property damage in responding to both emergency and non-emergency work around the clock under this request for services. Emergency on-call response addresses unplanned events that affect health, safety and property damage. All work shall comply with State Water Resources Control Board regulations, American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards, San Mateo County Environmental Health requirements, and City of Menlo Park standards.
