Texana Center is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive employment recruitment services to support the hiring needs of our organization. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify vendors with demonstrated experience, capacity, and expertise in sourcing, screening, and supporting the placement of qualified candidates across a range of professional, clinical roles. Scope of work and qualification requirements to include: Strategic recruitment planning and consultation Candidate sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill positions Screening, pre-qualification, and referral of prospective candidates Marketing and outreach to attract diverse and qualified applicant pools Support with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication Recruitment data reporting, metrics tracking, and performance evaluation
