Capistrano Unified School District (District) invites proposals from qualified organizations to partner in delivering a comprehensive Summer STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Camp for grades K–5. The District seeks a partner capable of providing high-quality, full-day, hands-on, screen-free STEAM programming that fosters innovation, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Programs should align with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), CASEL framework, and CUSD’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Goals #1 and #2. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal reviewed. District may reject any proposal that does not conform to the instructions herewith. Additionally, District reserves the right to negotiate all final terms and conditions of any preliminary agreement entered into with the vendor. District makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any respondent. The selection process will include an evaluation based on weighted enumerated criteria. All costs associated with any proposal shall be borne by the proposer.
