Capistrano Unified School District (District) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide a digital credit recovery program for high school students (grades 9-12). The program is aimed at students needing to recover academic credits to meet graduation requirements as well as improve academic grades to meet University of California A-G Subject Area requirements. The program must align with state standards and provide flexible, self-paced learning options, while offering robust support and accountability measures. Award will be made to the Provider(s) offering the most advantageous proposal for a Credit Recovery Program. The District shall not be obligated to accept the lowest-priced proposal, but will make an award in the best interest of the District after all factors have been evaluated. The District may award the RFP to multiple providers, should the selection committee determine that different solutions best meet the needs of different sites and/or grade levels. All proposals received in response to this RFP will receive a fair and impartial evaluation by the District. In conducting this evaluation, the District may obtain and use information, in addition to that contained in the proposals, from any source desired. Customers on each Provider’s reference will be contacted, as may other customers selected by the District and listed by the Provider as a reference. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in any proposal reviewed. District may reject any proposal that does not conform to the instructions herewith. Additionally, District reserves the right to negotiate all final terms and conditions of any preliminary agreement entered into with the vendor. District makes no representations that any contract will be awarded to any respondent. The selection process will include an evaluation based on weighted enumerated criteria. All costs associated with any proposal shall be borne by the proposer.
