The Successful Bidder shall: a. Provide chain of custody forms to be completed by the County and presented at time of sample pick-up. b. Provide all necessary pre-preserved containers and/or bottles for parameters being tested, along with pH strips to verify proper preservation of containers/bottles supplied. For cyanide, interference check kits must be supplied as well. c. Perform all necessary laboratory testing in compliance with 40 CFR 136, SW-846, or EPA alternate test procedure (ATP) methods. Proper chain of custody, holding times, field preservations shall be followed in accordance with 40 CFR 136, SW-846, or EPA alternate test procedure (ATP) methods. d. Provide analytical results within 14 calendar days for criteria requested, unless a predetermined and mutually agreed upon expedited turnaround time (“TAT”) is specified on the chain of custody (“COC”) documentation. e. Meet or exceed the quantification levels stated for each analysis in Attachment I. f. Provide copies of all laboratory testing results via electronic mail (email) in PDF format, as well as through a web portal, at no additional cost if available, and include all the following information at minimum: i. Name and title of employee who performed the analysis; ii. Methods used (all methods must be VELAP approved for wastewater and drinking water analyses); iii. Detection limits; iv. Date(s) of extraction, preparation (where applicable) and analysis; v. Condition of each sample (including temperature, pH) upon receipt; vi. Confirmation of container quantity received; vii. Name of project (if applicable); viii. Unit(s) of measurement; ix. Parameters analyzed; x. Preservation methodology; xi. Name of employee(s) who relinquished and received the samples; xii. Date and time the sample is received...
