The WV Department of Education (WVDE) is seeking a vendor to maintain its existing PrimeroEdge point of service software, free/reduced price meal application approval software, menu planning software, production software, inventory software, central warehouse software and central kitchen software. The vendor would need to provide software training, technical support services, and any upgrades necessary to be in compliance with USDA program regulations for the Agency's operation of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). In addition to support and maintenance of the existing system, the vendor would need to provide software license for child nutrition sponsors not currently using the existing solution. These items and services are to be used on a statewide basis in West Virginia public and private schools. The intent is to secure pricing to establish an agency-wide contract that will be entered into by the Agency for the benefit and/or participation of the schools as described above.
