1. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to: provide a 3/8" slurry seal and thermoplastic striping installation, on the Lower State Park Road located in Morro Bay State Park in Morro Bay, CA 93442. Contractor shall apply slury seal to approximately 8,850 linear feet of a 21 foot wide roadway. Thermoplastic striping of approximately 8,850 feet of double yellow line, 17,700 feet of fog line, other pavement markings including directional arrows, and install reflective pavement markings. Contractor shall also provide traffic control and a traffic plan. The general prevailing wages under this contract shall fall under DIR's Previaling Wage Determination for Parking and Highway Improvement (Striping, Slurry and Seal Coat Operations-Laborer), DIR's prevailing wages can be found on their website: https://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm The contractor shall send a copy of their Certified Payroll to the State's contract administrator for file retention.
