A. Contractor shall remove existing YORK HVAC units: a. B. Furnish and install new 208/230V, 3-phase packaged rooftop HVAC system. C. Include start-up, test, and balance of system to ensure proper operation. D. Provide and install adapter curb (if required for compatibility with existing roof curb). Verify and ensure all electrical connections meet guidelines. E. Fabricate and install custom sheet metal transition fitting, confirming fully insulated. F. Install new copper condensate piping with proper slope and support. Seal, insulate, and duct work penetrations for energy efficiency. G. Contractor shall provide two copies of Operation and Maintenance Manuals to the CHP on-site contact. H. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the installation of the HVAC unit(s). I. Contractor shall warranty work for a period of one year after installation and provide manufacturer's warranty on equipment installed. J. The replacement equipment and installation must be in compliant with the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 6. K. Contractor shall start, test, charge, and balance the system to ensure proper operation. L. Contractor shall properly dispose of and recycle old equipment per Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines
