A. Property Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours four (4) times per week, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following business day or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on state holidays as indicated on the DMV’s website at: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services shall be rescheduled for the next DMV business day. B. Property Pressure Washing: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours two (2) times per month, every first and third weekend of each month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on state holidays as indicated on the DMV’s website at: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services shall be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
