SCOPE OF WORK: To provide fire watch compliance monitoring services during the replacement of the Perris Library fire suppression line check valve ("Project"). The project is estimated to start on February 9, 2026; this date may change. An estimated duration of three (3) days for fire watch will be required, but this could be extended. The services include, but are not limited to: 1. Fire Safety Monitoring; a. Continuous patrol of designated area. b. Monitoring for smoke, unusual odors, sparks, or fire hazards. c. Ensuring all exits and pathways remain unobstructed. d. Identifying unsafe conditions. 2. Reporting & Documentation; a. Firewatch log maintained per Fire Code. b. Immediate reporting to fire authorities upon detection of hazards. c. Daily Activity Reports (DARs); 3. Emergency Readiness; a. Personnel trained to escalate emergencies within seconds. b. 24/7 supervisor and dispatch support. c. Coordination with Public Works, fire department, or on-site personnel.
