SPECIFICATIONS 4.1. Oven Maximum Operating Temperature shall be 400 °F, with Control stability of +/-0.5 °C, Oven Uniformity of +/-3 °C at 150°C and +/-4°C at 204°C, and Time to temp with no load (40˚C to 150˚C) 15 minutes and (40˚C to 204˚C) 29 minutes. 4.2. Oven Work Space Dimensions (Chamber size) shall be (WxDxH) 30 inches x 18 inches x 22 inches, with Outside Dimensions (WxDxH) 36 inches x 26 inches x 36 inches. 4.3. Shelf Capacity shall be minimum 200 lbs. Minimum number of shelves included shall be two (2), with capacity for total number of ten (10) shelves. 4.4. Oven must be equipped with a plug-in cord upon installation. If necessary, new oven can be converted from hardwire to plug-in cord. Plug-in cord must be new and not repurposed or used. 4.5. Oven electrical must be 50/60 hertz -single phase, 240 Volts & 10.8 Amps.
