Specs for materials: • 2.875" pipe 10' long for line post- all pipe placed 5' in the ground • 4.5" post pipe 10' long at corners and gates- all pipe placed 5' in the ground • 6 bar 0.75" schedule 40 panels - 48" tall with 6 uprights crimped on each end Fence [1,350’] • 6 strand barbed wire fence - wire provided by UCM • T posts set on 10 ft centers - T posts provided by UCM • Line post set every 100 ft • Corners and braces - 8 total corners and braces H Brace [qty 8] • H Brace must consist of 3: 4.5" x 10' posts AND 4: 2.375" x 7' Horizontal braces . 15" from top for first one. Then, down 15" for second. • Panel connections must be welded and no more than 8" from any postconnector must be on outside of pipe diameter. Post Pipe • Post pipe must be #1 or better and schedule 40 or better- Applies to ALL pipe on project • Post pipe must be spaced 10' or less on centers • 60" average post height • All rail pipe to be welded to all post pipe and ends to be dead ended into corner and gate post- NOT welded on the fence • Caps are to be welded on all post pipe, regardless of post size • Post to be one piece. No welds within length.
