The City of Trenton, Department of Finance, Division of Tax Assessor’s Office is soliciting a sealed Request for Proposal through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for a state approved MOD IV & CAMA vendor. This contract is for a period of one (1) year. The following requirements must be met: The company must provide a cloud-based system that also includes a website for public lookup that does not require registration. The company’s product must meet all of the requirements outlined in the NJ Division of Taxation MOD IV User Manual. In addition to the basic requirements outlined in the manual, it should provide a system of reports to promote efficiency in the assessor’s office that includes the ability to query all the data fields in both MOD IV and CAMA.
