HHSC is seeking to establish a Purchase Order to Remove and replace 2 Raypak heat units (H3-0399B) and 2 circulator Pumps (Taco 0012-F41) for hydronic heating system at FTC&D training center/camera monitor room at the Abilene State Supported Living Center (ABSSLC). Repair work will be performed at building 524 by the Contractor. Services include disconnecting all electrical and gas as necessary to remove existing heat exchanger. Removing existing equipment as needed, and other related components. The Contractor shall install new heat exchanger and other related parts or equipment as needed, and other related components. Reconnect gas and electrical as necessary. Re-insulate, support, and secure any areas that were disturbed during work. The Contractor shall install equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s service and repair recommendations to maintain warranties on all new equipment. All work performed is to help keep residents’ served buildings safe and up to code. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and parts as necessary to complete said work and that all equipment is in safe operating condition. All personnel on the job site will be given the appropriate safety equipment. The Contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal of all waste materials. HHS Agency will NOT be held responsible for damage to or loss of the Contractor’s equipment while on HHS Agency premises, while in route to the HHS Agency or in route back to Contractor’s location
