Contractor shall provide plants and materials for Sixty-Two (62) Hanging Baskets, Seventy (70) Large Planters and Eleven (11) small planters as outlined: Base Bid Hanging Baskets – 23” outside diameter, 48 to 55 lbs. in weight (including soil, water, and plants), removable liner holds 1,645 cubic inches of soil. The City and/or others will be responsible for the actual placement and planting of all baskets. Plants may come in 1801 Flats or 4” pots.
