1. Current Electrical layout does not include three prong grounded receptacles. Contractor is to replace current panel and upgrade to a 150 amp service. Install all new wire. All work is to meet code requirements. Panel shall be a Square D Homeline 150 Amp 30-Space 60- Circuit Indoor Main Breaker or approved equal. 2. Replace all outlet receptacles to include covers with new and white in color. Replace all switches and covers with new and white in color. Switches/Receptacles should be appropriately sized to match breaker amps. 3. Light in corner living shall be removed, and new LED light centered to the room and controlled by the switch, Project Source 1-Light 13-in Nickel LED Flush Mount Light or approved equal. 4. 2 bedrooms without light fixtures shall have an LED light controlled by the switch. Project Source 1-Light 13-in Nickel LED Flush Mount Light or approved equal. 5. Contractor to install 5 CO/smoke detectors and provide power source. Kidde i4618AC, Firex Smoke/Carbon Mono. Detector, Hardwired with nine-V Battery Backup. Install in each bedroom, hallway, and dining area near door to garage. 6. Any drywall damaged during this project will be replaced and/or repaired 7. Contractor is responsible for obtaining the proper permits for this work. Contractor to provide CMHA a copy of the permit, prior to starting work.
