Contractor shall perform repairs on the electrical and manual components in the controllers, if and as necessary, in accordance with each Service Request. Contractor shall perform diagnostic troubleshooting to evaluate the system as to needed repairs and/or replacements. The diagnostics that Contractor shall conduct to evaluate the components include, but are not limited to: 1) Check relays 2) Correct the time on each station 3) Check controller for keeping correct time 4) Check controller for communication reporting 5) Check flow sensor signal reporting F. Contractor shall diagnose and repair problems between irrigation controllers and irrigation system components. Contractor shall perform repairs, adjustments, and retrofit as needed to maintain systems in operable conditions. Contractor shall replace any irrigation components, including but not limited to the following items, as deemed necessary by Contractor and shall be pre-approved by Caltrans Contract Manager.
