The consultant will provide expert professional strategic advice and deliverables to the University and will work closely with University leaders throughout the development process, from assessing initial options and proposals to supporting the University’s monitoring role during third-party development activities. Among other things, the work will include the following: • Identify and assess possible development options and deal structures; • Support the University’s competitive processes to select developers for the projects, including assisting with preparation of solicitations and evaluation of respondents • Advise on negotiation of material terms of any eventual transactions; • Support the University in collaborating with the City of Highland Heights and other local entities regarding public financing and other project matters; and • Advise the University in monitoring projects through construction final completion to ensure compliance with agreement terms and other requirements.
