The proposal shall meet the following specifications: 1. Off-road diesel fuel. 2. Diesel fuel must be treated with "winter blend" during months with freezing temperatures. 3. The Township shall have First Priority Delivery status in the event of an emergency or a fuel crisis. In the event of an emergency, fuel shall be delivered within 24 hours from the time the order is called in by an authorized representative of Lower Pottsgrove Township. 4. The authorized representative of Lower Pottsgrove Township will call orders in at least 24-hours in advance on an as-needed basis. Except in the event of an emergency or fuel crisis, fuel shall be delivered within three (3) working days of an order, excluding Sundays. 5. Off-road diesel fuel is to be delivered to three (3) locations in Lower Pottsgrove Township: • Lower Pottsgrove Township Municipal Building, 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown, PA (rear of building). Generator has one (1) 24-hour 240-gallon tank; • Porter Road Pump Station, 224 Porter Road, Pottstown, PA. Porter Road Pump Station has two tanks: one (1) 500 gallon and one (1) 1000 gallon; • Sanatoga Pump Station, 293 South Sanatoga Road, Pottstown, PA. Sanatoga Pump Station has two tanks: one (1) 500 gallon and one (1) 1000 gallon.
