The City of Fremont Wastewater Treatment Plant is replacing an existing Kewanee M235-GG Hot Water Boiler. Contractor shall provide and install a new boiler per the following: Provide new boiler to meet or exceed current Kewanee M-235-GG HW boiler 2820 MBH natural gas input, 70 boiler horsepower 60 psi ASME relief valve Honeywell L6008G & L4006E aquastats (or equivalent) MDM 751P-MT probe type low water cut out Powerflame C3-G-20 burner (or equivalent) 115/1/60, Low High Low firing Minimum gas pressure of 7". 1-1/2" gas train UL compliant Fireye MEP562 flame safeguard (or equivalent) Single phase disconnect Install new boiler and piping. Reuse and tie-in existing stack if possible (if not include price for new stack) Startup boiler After allowing 1 week for on site staff to install electrical State of NE installation notice. City of Fremont Permit (fees to be paid by City).
