The Town of Pendleton is requesting proposals for work that generally involves the design, fabrication, and placement of a sign for the newly constructed Community Center. The Town of Pendleton was awarded funding from the Greenway Commission in support of the construction of a new community center. The acceptance of these funds requires placement of a sign in compliance with the standards published by the Greenway Commission. This work includes collection and production of required imagery and text in compliance with the Greenway Commission’s standards. Upon acceptance of the design, the sign will be fabricated and placed in a location specified by the town. Additional Requirements: The contractor is responsible for confirming on-scene conditions of the work being performed for sign placement. The structure fabricated for permanent mounting of the sign shall be appropriate in appearance and construction to reflect the sign design and placement conditions.
