The proposed project consists of a two-story, 148,034 gsf building. The project maintains a majority of the existing facility, along with constructing new additions to the South and East of the existing building. The addition to the South includes a new, two-story classroom wing which will become the dedicated middle school. The addition to the East will include a new gym, public restrooms, new superintendent’s/business office, and back of house spaces. The existing gym will be repurposed into an alternate PE space and media center, and existing high school classrooms, locker rooms, will be renovated and reconfigured. The site work is limited to new site circulation, parking, drainage, utilities, outdoor classroom and landscaping.
