The scope is to diagnose and repair 2 roll-up doors #4 (open/close/stop control will not work, unit has power) and #6 (control wire frayed and needs replaced) to ensure the proper functionality, security, and safety. All work will be considered complete when both roll-up doors are fully functional, secure, and compliant with safety standards. Contractor shall: a) Inspect roll-up doors for visible damage, misalignment, or malfunctions. b) Inspect motorized components/open, close and stop buttons for proper functioning. c) Test safety features such as auto-reverse mechanisms and photoelectric sensors. d) Repair or replace any defective or damaged components. e) Adjust door alignment and track systems for smooth operation. f) Lubricate moving parts to reduce friction and wear. g) Replace worn weather stripping or seals to enhance insulation and weatherproofing. h) Document findings from diagnostics and repairs; to include work performed, breakdown of parts replaced/repaired and labor hours.
