The City is seeking to secure benefit assessment district administration services on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be an independent, third-party consultant. The scope of the administration duties will include a wide range of services. These services will include (but are not limited to) benefit assessment district administration services for a variety of districts as described herein. The selected consultant will be expected to be available on a continuing, short notice basis, to provide immediate responses to requests for guidance or answers to questions received from the City staff, property owner, bond holders and representatives of all of the above. In order to provide these immediate responses, it is expected that the consultant will gain complete working knowledge of the City's Assessment district administrative requirements within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed date. Due to limited available City staff time, the successful candidate's staff will be expected to gather and photocopy materials that the candidate will require in order to gain and maintain the required knowledge about the City's benefit districts administration.
