Illinois Department of Transportation District 6 is seeking a vendor for snow and ice removal at 509 N 40th Street, Quincy, IL 62305. Pricing shall be for an hourly rate for an estimated 60 hours for a 3- year contract on an as needed basis. The use of third-party subcontractors is strictly prohibited. The Vendor must perform all services directly and shall not delegate, outsource, or subcontract any portion of the work to external parties. Furthermore, the Vendor must be a professional entity that is regularly and actively engaged in providing the services described herein as part of its core business operations. This requirement ensures the necessary expertise, accountability, and quality of service. Vendor shall provide all materials and tools needed to complete service.
