Metro requires safe, reliable, commercial-grade golf carts and utility vehicles to support operational, logistical, and administrative needs throughout the year. Equipment, quality, and performance must reflect positively on Metro's service delivery. Services include delivery, setup, maintenance, on-site or on-call support, and removal of units. The scope of work shall be all-inclusive of: • Delivery, setup, and pickup • Loading and removal of all units • Maintenance and repair throughout the rental period • Replacement of any malfunctioning or unsafe units • Provision of keys and cart identification • Lights for use at night and rooftops • On-site or on-call mechanical support • Confirm all logistics with requesting department prior to the requested service. • The Contractor must be able to replace or repair golf carts during rental period or provide an extra cart(s) as a back-up in case of a breakdown at no extra cost to the Metro. • Provide Metro Staff with a point of contact that can be reached during rental period. • The Contractor shall have the ability to provide, deliver and pick up any of the rentals from any Metro department facility.
